Registration fees

We are pleased to inform you that the conference fees have been structured to provide flexibility for our participants. The standard conference fee includes accommodation at our designated hotel for the duration of the event. However, should you choose to arrange your own lodging, the conference fees will be reduced by 50%.

The conference fees cover all tea breaks and lunch throughout the event, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

If you prefer to opt out of the hotel stay, please indicate this during the registration process to receive the adjusted fee.

** A student letter must be submitted to receive the discounted registration fees rate.

Information and Conditions:

• For those requiring VISA to attend the conference, please email business.conference6@mutah.edu.jo to request an invitation letter. 
• At least one of the authors of each paper must register for the paper to be included in the conference.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation requests submitted before 30/4/2025 will be refunded. However, an administrative fee of $50 will be deducted. 
• Cancellation requests submitted after 30/4/2025 are non-refundable.
• The cancellation request must be submitted via email at business.conference6@mutah.edu.jo
