The abstract submission deadline is May 10th, 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent by May 31st, 2025.
The abstract should not be more than 300 words. Abstracts exceeding the limit will be rejected.
The abstract must be written in either formal Arabic or English. Authors may adopt either British or American English.
All abstracts must be relevant to the conference tracks and themes. Authors will be asked to indicate the track, which relates most closely to the abstract.
If your abstract is accepted, you will have to submit a full paper, and at least one of the authors will have to register to attend the conference by July 31st, 2025.
The full paper submission deadline is July 15th, 2025.
The full paper should not have been formerly copyrighted, accepted, or published elsewhere.
The title of the full paper must be the same as the one of the initial abstract.
The paper must not exceed 20 pages (including abstract, references, and appendices).
The paper should be written in Times New Roman, 12 font size, with 1.5-line spacing, portrait orientation with 2.54 cm for top and down margins, 3.17 cm for right and left margins, and fully justified text.
The paper should use Harvard referencing style for all sources of information used.
The full papers will be made available to the participants in the conference.
